Welcome to the home of Mister Saucisse, making British / English style sausages and bacon for the Aude, Ariege, Pyrenees Orientale and Herault regions in the Languedoc Rousillon, South of France.

 

The sausages are made in my custom kitchen fitted out with the best equipment and kept in the most hygienic conditions possible. See the photos of the kitchen and refrigeration units on the gallery page.

 We make 5 regular types of sausages....

 

The Tasty - a typical English breakfast sausage, great for a brunch.

 

The Traditional - sausages like they used to be with a subtle mix of herbs and a hint of nutmeg.

 

The Pyrenean Cumberland - our speciality having trained in Cumbria.

 

Pork and Leek - no small crumbs of leek, we use great big bits!

 

Jalapeno - Mexican chillis for a bit of exotic heat.

 

Fornightly specials include Lincolnshire, Pork & Red Onion, Hot & Spicy,Chive, Green Pepper, Spring Onions.....

*Bacon* - 8 slices. Hand rubbed and hand slices old fashioned style dry, cured bacon.

Prices

Only 5 Euros for a packet of 6 big sausages (chipolatas also available)

 

Bacon -5 Euro for a packet of 8 thick slices.

SUPERB. Really, really good - just the right amount of seasoning & excellent pork. Well done. At last, after 6 years of searching, we've found great sausages in France.
